Selecting Merchandise:
•Choose merchandise from local designers & retailers
•Select merchandise that reflects upcoming fall trends, while maintaining Austin style influences
•Apparel, accessories, and props must coordinate with each theme of music genre
•Make each outfit unique and distinct to stand out to the audience
Merchandise Categories & Organization:
•Coordinate a specific theme/trend within each genre, make each genre distinctly different
•Created a merchandise planning chart
•Document the descriptions of each item within each ensemble matching them to appropriate model
Create a Merchandise Loan Chart:
•Created a working document for retailers and committee that lists the loaned apparel, shoes, accessories, and/or props for each ensemble (include pictures)
